Hunter MUP Studio holds panel discussion on non-profits and RAD in East Harlem; is selected for APA Showcase on May 15!
Over the past year, Ascendant has worked with a studio from the Hunter College Department of Urban Planning and Policy with the goal of gaining a deeper understanding of the Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD) program, how the program will be applied to New York City’s massive public housing stock, and how smaller, community-based non-profit housing organizations can help make RAD conversions of public housing more resident-focused and accountable.
