On Thursday, October 25th, Ascendant Neighborhood Development celebrated our 30th anniversary with a gala at the New York Academy of Medicine. More than 150 of our supporters celebrated with us as we honored Diane Ayala, Council Member, New York City Council 8th District, H. Candy Vives-Vasquez, Executive Director, 116th Block Association, and Michael Rooney Jr., Principal, Concord Management of NY & Metropolitan Real Estate Development for their commitment to affordable housing.
